The quote you approve is the price for the diagnosed repair, given before work starts. If the diagnosis uncovers a second, separate failure, we stop and quote that separately — nothing extra is done or billed without your approval. Repairs that need a model-specific part ordered in follow the timeline we give you at the quote. Maintenance is never a condition of repair: the SuperClean and the yearly plan are optional, before or after any repair.
